In 2023, Develia, based on development and preliminary agreements, sold 2674 units, 63 per cent more than a year earlier. Last year, the developer handed over 2751 units compared to 2016 units in 2022. In the fourth quarter of 2023 alone, the company sold 615 units and handed over 1453 units.

At the end of 2023. Develia had 572 reservation agreements in place, which may turn into development agreements in the near term once customers make their decisions. At the end of 2022, the developer had 95 such agreements signed.

“The past year in Develia’s history was a record year in terms of sales. We found buyers for 2674 flats, which means that we clearly exceeded our target for 2023, which was to sell 2500-2600 units. It is worth noting the significant increase in reservation agreements in 2023, which will translate into sales of units at the beginning of 2024. We are consistently increasing our market share by providing the market with flats that are sought after and valued by customers. We also exceeded our plan for the number of flats handed over. We handed over the keys to 2751 units, which is also a record achievement for Deve-lii. In recent months, we have seen that more and more customers are buying flats with cash or with traditional credit. The trend is complemented by the demand generated by the ‘2% Safe Credit’ programme,” says Andrzej Oślizło, CEO of Develia.

In Q4 2023. Develia sold 615 units compared to 411 in the same period of 2022. Transfers amounted to 1,453 units compared to 1,390 a year ago.

Develia recorded its highest annual sales in the projects: Aleje Praskie, Krakowska Vita, Lizbońska, Ursynów#22 in Warsaw, Orawska and Ślężna Vita in Wrocław, Centralna Park and Grzegórzecka 77 in Kraków, Via Flora in Gdańsk and Ceglana Park in Katowice.
