Düsseldorf-based Development Partner has sold a retail property in Munich-Schwabing to Family Office. The purchase price was not disclosed. Located at Leopoldstrasse 37, the property is almost fully leased. Family Office recently bought another nearby building on Hohenzollernstrasse that was also developed by Development Partner. Both buildings were designed by Meili Peter Architekten. The properties offer 8,100 sqm of mixed-use space. Tenants include a pilates studio, a dentist office and Penny.
