Direkt Invest Poland Funds has refinanced three of its marcredo retail centres with a €20m loan provided by mBank. HBK Service, an asset manager for the centers, brokered the transaction on behalf of DIPF, which is currently optimizing its portfolio. DIPF was originally an investment vehicle of elbfonds, which was founded by Stephan Groh. Following a restructuring of the group, earlier this year, Direkt Invest Poland Funds broke all ties with Groht who had come under heavy fire for poor management.
