The company Dolphin Invest S.A., with majority shareholder Mr. Athanasios Tirpintiris opened a new commercial concept, in District 3 of Bucharest, located in front of Liviu Rebreanu Boulevard at the corner with Ion Agarbiceanu Alley. The project was built in 15 months.
“The commercial space with two floors and over 7,500 sqm is designed to be friendly to the environment and its customers. The building has a special architecture, it is imposing and very visible, it has installed smart systems and many automations for a high level of convenience and for a protected environment. Access to the shops is easy with the 3 elevators or directly on the stairs, it offers a large number of parking spaces, electric charging stations, places for cyclists. In addition to the shops and the fitness room, there is an office area on the first floor with a walkable terrace and many green spaces,” says one of the architects of the project, Christos Mavromatis.
Athanasios Tirpintiris is the son of Antonios Tirpintiris, one of the two Greek founders of the Mega Image store chain.
