Construction on a new outlet center called DomExpo is set to break ground in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. The project will go up on a 10 ha plot, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2013. Work can begin as soon as the building permit is issued. The €45m project will add 40,000 sqm of retail space to the local market in addition to 12,000 sqm of office space and 3,000 sqm of conference rooms. Estia Investment is the project’s prime investor.
A DomExpo center is also underway in the city Opole, which is expected to finish in the second quarter of 2013, and there are plans to bring a DomExpo center to Wrocław.
