DomEXPO Warszawa, The investor behind DomEXPO outlet center chain is hoping to secure BREEAM certification for its newest scheme now underway in Warsaw’s Białołęka district. The certification process will take into account the project’s integrated construction approach. It will also examine the facility management plan to determine cost efficiency and quality of the project. DomEXPO Warsaw will be the biggest outlet center in the chain, which includes locations in Opole and Wrocław. The project should be opened by the end of the year.
