Eugen Petrov, president of the Domo Retail SA board, is now the company’s sole shareholder, following a management buyout. The Austrian investor, who has been president of the board since 2012, said he will continue to support the management team. “My main objective as a shareholder is to take Domo to positive financial results,” Petrov said. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Domo is one of the largest electronics retailers on the Romanian market with 91 stores across the country. Petrov graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a master’s degree in economics, foreign trade and banking. Over the years, he has founded several international companies focused on production and trade, according to media reports.
