The electronics manufacturer and IT&C retailer Domo was taken over by the Swiss investment fund Domtech, which is based in Lichtenstein. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Dragos Dinu, the former head of A&D Pharma, is now Domo’s CEO. The Domtech investment fund also has acquisitions in Bulgaria, where it acquired K&K Electronics EAD, a retailer that sells consumer electronics, household appliances, office equipment and telecommunications products.
