Terra Group is nearing completion and are making final preparations ahead of the grand opening of Doral Commons, Terra’s new 140,000 square foot retail center in Doral, Florida. Doral Commons is located at the intersection of northwest 107 Avenue and 74th Street and is close to two Terra residential developments now under construction, Modern Doral and Neovita. The center is already 90 percent leased with a tenant roster that includes Publix, Citibank, GNC, AT&T Wireless, McDonald’s and TJ Maxx. This will mark the seventh project Terra has undertaken in Doral. Construction is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of this year.
