DRA Advisors has acquired the Shoppes at Sherbrooke in Lake Worth for $11.15 million, or just over $192 per square foot. The 57,901 square-foot plaza was built in 2004 and is located at 8954 Lantana Road. The seller, an affiliate of DDR Corp. and the private equity group Blackstone bought the property in October 2014 for $12 million. The retail center is anchored by LA Fitness and has a CVS near the property.
