DTZ will continue managing the Sarni Stok shopping center in Bielsko-Biała. The property was acquired by Germany’s Union Investment from CBRE Global Investors last week. DTZ has been managing the property since 2006. It is responsible for marketing and corporate accounting. The center has an annual footfall of 4.5 million. Sarni Stok offers 31,243 sqm of space. CBRE Property Fund Central Europe acquired the mall in 2006. It renovated and expanded the center in 2012.
