DTZ Echinox has been appointed to provide property management services for two shopping centers: Felicia Shopping Center in Iasi and Uvertura Mall in the city of Botosani.
The two shopping centers expand DTZ’s management portfolio in Romania, which includes Shopping City Suceava and Shopping City Sibiu.
With a total built area of 29,704 sqm, Felicia Shopping Center is anchored by a Carrefour hypermarket and electronic appliances shop MediaGalaxy. The commercial gallery with an area of 10,999 sqm and more than 85 shops, hosts numerous national and international brands like Intersport, Takko, Deichmann, Leonardo, Marks & Spencer, Sephora, Orsay, and Benvenuti.
The project was launched in October 2007.
Uvertura Mall, a retail project developed by Moldova Universal SA, has a total area of 32,000 sqm, distributed over six floors and will be delivered in the second half of March. At the end of 2012, it was 82 percent leased.
