CBRE has assisted in hammering out an agreement for the online home appliances retailer Beko to lease space at Business Park Prague Zličín. The company, known to the public through its online store E-Beko, will lease a 660 sqm showroom to satisfy customers who prefer to try out their products before actually buying them. The space will also be used as a warehouse and an issuing office. “The offer of Business Park Prague Zličín was the most intersting for us as it suits our requirements for storing and issuing products that were purchased in our online store. We are also able to make a showroom and a brick-and-mortar location here. We already have a store in České Budějovice, but the location in Prague will allow us to get closer to our customers and it will also improve logistics and the quality of our services,“ said E-Beko’s CEO, Martin Černý. E-Beko.cz has been open for seven years, focusing on home appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines and dishwashers.
