E van Wijk leases 16,147 sqm at PRologis Park Bucharest A1

The European integrated services provider E van Wijk Logistics has leased 16,147 sqm warehouse at ProLogis Park Bucharest A1. This deal is Prologis’ second-largest transaction in the third quarter anywhere in CEE. Take-up of space in Prologis facilities rose 57 percent compared to the same period last year.
According to a study issued by DTZ Echinox, occupancy costs will see the smallest increases in Bucharest and Prague occupancy costs over the next four years, with less than 1 percent growth expected.
