28 July 2016

East End Capital has secured a $10.5 million loan for its newly constructed retail and restaurant space, the Wynwood Arcade. The former warehouse is a 22,990 sqf building at 50 NW 24th Street in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. Mission Capital Advisors Debt & Equity Finance Group arranged the financing from LoanCore. East End Capital is one of the largest land owners in the trendy Wynwood neighborhood.

“The Wynwood Arcade is a prime example of the prescient touch of East End, which has a solid track record of identifying thriving neighborhoods within Miami and New York City, and developing unique projects that meet the pent-up demand within those markets,” said Jonathan More, Mission Capital Advisors. “With this redevelopment, East End continues to successfully build its significant presence in Miami.”
