ECE European City Estates has finalized the acquisition of three buildings in Prague, Olomouc and Liberec. The buildings are located along high streets and their main tenant is a franchisee of the Italian fashion brand Terranova. Max Immo represented the seller, Real Česká. “We are very proud of successfully finalizing this deal. The sale is in line with the seller’s disposal strategy,” says Martin Indra from Max Immo. The Prague asset is the third property ECE has acquired along 28. října street.
