ECE is adapting to the new market environment, by moving to increase its investment and service provider activity. “The new developments are not as much drivers for the market as they were in the past. The market is also not as liquid as it used to be in the past couple of years,” said Ruediger Dany, Board Mebmer at ECE Polska.
ECE is targeting projects where it believes it can add value, having determined that the market is suffering from a lack of suitable development projects.
“The numbers are low not because there’s no demand for Polish projects. The biggest issue now is that the supply of high quality developments is still low,” says Ruediger Dany, adding however that foreign investors are waiting for projects in the pipeline to go online in Poland.
