Echo Polska Properties NV has acquired Galeria Solna in Inowrocław from a company owned by Libra Project and Acteeum Group. The cost of the deal was €55.4m. The property offers 23,500 sqm of GLA and is fully leased. Tenants include Tesco hipermarket, CCC, H&M, Reserved, Rossmann, Martes Sport, Deichmann, Smyk, Empik and Media Markt. Colliers International, the Dentons law firm, Deloitte and APP Projekt advised EPP in the deal, while JLL and the Baker McKenzie law firm represented the seller.
