Echo Polska Properties acquired the Twierdza shopping centers in Kłodzko and Zamość as well as the Wzorcownia shopping center in Włocławek from real estate funds managed by Blackstone. The cost of the deal was €141.60m. The centers are fully leased to tenants like LLP Group, H&M, Rossmann, Carrefour, Cinema 3D, CCC, Empik and Smyk. Since 2014, Multi Poland has managed these properties.
