Echo’s 24,000 sqm Outlet Park, now underway in Szczecin, is now 95 percent leased. Kakadu is the latest retailer to sign a lease, taking 300 sqm.
The tenant list includes Nike, Puma, Reebok, Adidas, Tommy Hilfiger, Reserved, Bytom, Kari, Lee Wrangler, Wittchen, Kazar, Vero Moda, Jack Jones, Via Roma, Cross Jeans, Atlantic, Lavard, Ecco, Big Star, 4F, Ochnik, LKJ, McArthur and Hot Oil.
PKO PB is financing the project, which will include a 400-spot parking garage. A completion date has not been announced.
