Echo Investment secured more than €67.5m as well as a PLN 12m VAT loan from Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. and Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas S.A. The funds will be used for the construction of Galeria Libero in Katowice. The shopping center is being developed on Tadeusza Kościuszki street and will offer a retail and entertainment area of 42,000 sqm on three floors. The scheme will feature fountains, an amphitheatre, a skate park and ice rink and some areas for relaxation, stationary games and other outdoor activities.
