Echo Investment secured a construction permit for its Galeria Libero in Katowice and plans to break ground next month. Set to go up on Kościuszki street, in the southern part of the city, the scheme involves the redevelopment of the transportation system to the center. Going up on a 54,000 sqm plot, the three-story Galeria Libero is expected to provide the biggest leisure offer in the region. Alma Market and Media Mark have already anchored the project, taking 1, 900 sqm and 2,100 sqm respectively.
