Echo Investment needs to secure a master plan for its latest retail project, Galeria Sudecka, in the city of Jelenia Góra by next month. The project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2014. Echo Investment also plans to build part of the new infrastructure for the area surrounding the mall, including a road with a roundabout. “The settlement signed with the city’s authorities is a milestone in this investment, which is the biggest in the Jeleniogórskie region. The work is proceeding according to the schedule,” said Echo’s Marcin Materny.
