Lakeside Centre, a 160,697 sqf community shopping center, and the adjacent 97-room Holiday Inn Express in Boca Raton, have changed hands. The retail property company EDENS picked up the two assets located at 8144 Glades Road. Anchored by Marshalls, Homegoods and Off Broadway Shoes, Lakeside Centre and its companion hotel property are situated at the juncture of Florida’s Turnpike and Glades Road. CBRE represented the seller, an affiliate of Ocean Properties. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
