Eiffage Polska Budownictwo was named general contractor for Apsys’ Łacina shopping mall in Poznań. Eiffage had been suggesting for months that it would soon land a substantial contract for a major retail investment on the Polish market. Construction is set to start in the second quarter of the year. The investor expects to complete the project within 26 months. The contract is reportedly worth €140m. The investment value amounts to €290m.
Once completed, the mall will offer about 100,000 sqm of commercial space in 300 retail units, along with underground parking for 3,300 vehicles.
