El Corte Inglés sold a Madrid shopping center to Monthisa Real Estate for €150m in a sale and leaseback agreement. El Corte Inglés will remain a tenant at the center for at least 10 years. Located on Paseo de la Castellana, the scheme offers 17,500 sqm on three above-ground floors and three basement floors. Other tenants include Bricor, ECI travel agency and a 24-hour veterinary hospital. Monthisa Real Estate was advised by Inmored.
