The chain of electronics stores Eldorado plans to build a warehouse in Chekhov, Moscow region with area 80-100 thousand sqm.
Currently the retailer leases about 60,000 sqm of warehouse space in the logistics park Chekhov. The lease agreement expires at the end of 2016, and Eldorado is considering an opportunity to build its own warehouse in the same location. Shareholder of Eldorado, the Czech group PPF owns land in Chekhov, which will be used to build the warehouse.
The estimated cost of the construction of the warehouse complex is from 2.4 to 4 billion RUB.
