Element Development broke ground on Bistrita Retail Park.The €7.5m investment will include a 9,000 sqm commercial gallery and a hypermarket. CBRE is in charge of leasing the property. Vitalis Consulting was named project manager and will oversee construction.
Element Development is also planning a second retail project in Romania. Targoviste Retail Park, located on Arsenalului street, will offer 11,000 sqm of space and include a hypermarket. Costs are estimated at €9m.
