The Swedish businessman Emanuel Muntmark who is behind the biggest local wind projects, together with his business partner, Cătălin Mrejeru, started the development of a 67.5 MW solar park in Satu Mare.
The solar park received the connection approval from Transelectrica at the end of last month and is valid for one year, 2022 being the deadline for putting the investment into operation. According to existing data, the investment in one megawatt of solar project amounts to about EUR 0.8 million, so that Muntmark’s investment can be estimated at about EUR 70 million.
