As part of its strategy to focus on retail projects, Emperia is preparing to offload its Polish property portfolio and cut its asset management team. “The intention of Emperia Holding Group is to sell the property portfolio, comprising 96 real assets across Poland,” the company said in a statement. “The plan is to offer all the real estate owned by the company at the same time to potential buyers.”
Emperia prefers packaged transactions, but it might agree to a few individual deals, if the offers are reasonable. The company said it had already selected an advisor, though the name of the company is being kept confidential at this stage.
Emperia Holding operates the Stokrotka grocery store chain, which has more than 200 locations.
