Enter Air and Rainbow Tours have signed an annex to their charter agreement for cooperation during the Summer 2024 and Winter 2024/2025 seasons, with the estimated value of services during this period reaching USD 90.4 million (approximately PLN 365.6 million), Enter Air announced.
“We are continuing our cooperation with our strategic partner Rainbow Tours, which has been ongoing almost since the beginning of Enter Air’s operations. The signed agreement is the largest in the history of our cooperation and allows us to look with great optimism at the upcoming season, which may be even better than the previous one. Under the agreed terms of cooperation, we will operate flights from seven Polish airports to all key tourist destinations in Europe, the Mediterranean and the Canary Islands. We will also invariably maintain a year-round connection to Kenya. We are working on further agreements with the largest Polish travel agencies and we are already seeing that the reported demand exceeds the number of aircraft we will have at our disposal,” said Board Member and Commercial Director Andrzej Kobielski.
The total value of benefits under the agreement cannot be determined and its final value may differ from the estimates given. Settlements between partners will be made on an ongoing basis and in accordance with the schedule of individual charter flights, it was stipulated.
The estimated value of the previous cooperation agreement between Enter Air and Rainbow Tours for the Summer 2023 – Winter 2023/2024 season was USD 44.1 million, it also recalled.
Enter Air is the largest private airline operating in Poland. It operates connections for leading Polish and foreign travel agencies flying in more than 30 countries. It has been listed on the WSE since 2015; it is part of the sWIG80 index.
