The Publix anchored Jacaranda Plaza in Plantation has been acquired by Austin, Tx. based Epic Real Estate Partners for $29.3 million. The 183,850 sqf shopping center located at 8101 and 8171 West Sunrise Blvd. changed hands for just under $160 per sqf. The 16.2 acre property also features tenants Stein Mart and Dollar Tree. The seller, Palm Beach Gardens-based Ram Realty Services, bought the asset out of foreclosure in 2012. The deal was completed with a $19.95 million mortgage granted by BankUnited.
