EPP completed its acquisition of the King Cross Marcelin shopping center in Poznań. The cost of the deal was €91.1m. JLL advised EPP during the transaction process. King Cross Marcelin is the 19th project EPP acquired for its Polish portfolio and its first property in Poznań. King Cross Marcelin offers 45,353 sqm of leasable space. Tenants include Auchan, Media Markt, H&M, Reserved, New Yorker, Intersport, House, Mohito, CCC, Empik and McDonald’s.
