EPP has officially taken over four out of 12 shopping centers in the M1 portfolio, which it acquired from Chariot Top Group B.V. in December. The properties will be handed over in three tranches. The first tranche, valued at €358.7m, includes M1 Czeladź, M1 Kraków, M1 Łódź and M1 Zabrze, totaling 194,400 sqm of space. The M1 portfolio has an aggregated value of €692m. The seller, Chariot Top Group B.V., is a consortium where Redefine Properties has a 25-percent holding. The remaining two tranches will be finalized over the next three years.
