Belgian property developer Equilis is expanding to Poland. The company is teaming up with Acteeum Group to develop Galeria Chełm. The shopping center will offer 17,500 sqm as well as parking for 500 vehicles. Construction is set to begin this year, with completion scheduled for the second half of 2019. Equilis is also looking to develop a residential project in Warsaw. Equilis has 125,000 sqm of leasable space and more than 2,100 residential units currently under construction or in the pipeline. In addition to Belgium, the company also has offices in France, Spain, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal.
