Three new tenants signed leases at Europa Centralna, which is scheduled to open in March in the city of Gliwice. Best4You signed a lease for 650 sqm, while Crazy Bubble will take 25 sqm and Polish Office will move into a 33 sqm unit at the shopping mall. The project by Helical Poland and Standard Life Investment will include 120 units and a parking garage and is reportedly one of the biggest investment the Silesia region has seen in years.
Tesco Extra and DIY store Castorama will anchor the project, which is currently 80 percent pre-leased. The list of tenants includes Jula, Media Expert, Ski Team, RTV Euro AGD, SMYK, Solar, Promod, Reserved, H&M, KappAhl, Cubus, CCC, Lindex, Rossman, Douglas and Super-Pharm.
