The Corporation of European Pharmaceutical Distributors is set to take over Polbita. Poland’s antitrust regulator approved the deal this week. Polbita owns and manages Drogeria Natura, one of the biggest drugstore chains in the country with 258 locations across the country. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
Consolidated revenues for Polbita exceeded PLN 420m last year. Drogeria Natura has been ranked the third most popular drugstore in Poland, according to PMR.
