The new 1,440 sqm extension of the Europa shopping center in Banska Bystrica opened Thursday. Five new shops replaced part of the center’s rooftop parking. Odexe, Pepco, Alltoys, a Teta drugstore and a Chinese restaurant called Bambusová zahrada are among the new tenants. Decathlon also recently opened a 1,700 sqm store at Europa SC. The extension bumped the center’s retail space to 38,940 sqm in 100 units as well as a six-screen multiplex. Built by VAV Invest 10 years ago, Europa SC is owned by CBRE Global Investors.
