F&C Reit has purchased the Emaillierwerk Fulda shopping center from OFB for a pension fund. ImmobilienWerte Hamburg brokered the deal. The complex includes a retail hall and a new two-story building. The property offers 17,000 sqm of leasable space as well as 550 parking spaces. IWH acquired the investment in May 2014.
