FASHION HOUSE reports 34% increase in sales

9 February 2023

FASHION HOUSE Romania, the operator of the only two professional outlet centers in Romania, announces consolidated performances for 2022 and excellent financial results in a turbulent economic context, further demonstrating the attractiveness of the outlet model among buyers and partners.

With an increase in the average value of the shopping purchase receipt of over 18 percent in FASHION HOUSE Militari and 15 percent in FASHION HOUSE Pallady compared to the same period in 2021, the two centers in Bucharest have set the stage for another year with a solid evolution in a period of economic contraction. The increase in sales is also supported by the increase in the number of visitors by 12 percent compared to the previous year, proving that the two outlet centers are a very important landmark as a shopping destination for customers. This was also reflected in the spectacular sales growth of 34 percent in FASHION HOUSE Militari and 19 percent in FASHION HOUSE Pallady, compared to 2021.

“The outstanding performances in Bucharest encourage the expansion of the second professional outlet center in Romania, with a total investment of EUR 45 million. FASHION HOUSE OUTLET Center Pallady is the seventh center of this type developed by Liebrecht & wood and FASHION HOUSE Group in Europe, and with the opening of the second phase we will add new anchor tenants, thus strengthening our position as a commercial landmark in the south-eastern part of Bucharest,” said Brendon O’Reilly, Managing Director of the FASHION HOUSE Group.
