FCR Immobilien has acquired two retail properties in Seelze close to Hannover and Dresden-Weißig. The shopping centre in Seelzer was built in 2007 and offers 3,600 sqm of space. The annual income from the rent amounts to €350,000 collected from tenants such as dm, Kik, Tedi and Takko. The property in Dresden-Weißig offers 2,300 sqm of retail space. The annual income from the rent amounts to €200,000 and its anchor tenant is the non-food chain Pfennigpfeiffer Handelsgesellschaft.
