FFIRE Immobilienverwaltung AG has acquired Lübeck Zentrum Lohmühle from MH German Property II, Luxembourg, though final terms of the deal are being discussed. The seller is being advised by JLL, with the deal being coordinated by Hatfield Philips as Special Loan Servicer. FFIRE intends to reposition the building, which was built in 2004, by renting the vacant retail space on the ground floor. The building offers 12,400 sqm of leasable space, with 55 percent of space for leisure and 40 for shops. The current tenants include Bowlingcenter and McFit Fitnessclub. The complex is situated in the town’s popular shopping area.
