A leader of the ruling Fidesz party in Hungary has insisted that a law banning the construction of new shopping centers be passed. The announcement follows the decision of president Janos Ader to return the recently passed law back to parliament for reconsideration, but Fidesz boss Antal Rogan say the party is set on banning the construction of further shopping centers. He added that foreign companies shouldn’t be allowed to take profits out of the country and said he would push to make it mandatory for them to pay taxes to Hungarian authorities.
