Fidurock, Lincoln Property Company open Retail Park Staré Město

19 June 2020

The Central European investor Fidurock has announced the opening of Retail Park Staré Město. The L-shaped, 4,077 sqm retail project was developed by Lincoln Property Company, which has a long-term cooperation agreement with Fidurock. It features eight retail units that expanded an already very well-accessible location and a growing business zone at the border of Staré Město and Uherské Hradiště. The park’s main tenants include Mountfield, Dr. Max, Sportisimo and Teta drogerie. Retail Park Staré Město officially opened in March. “Despite all the difficulties associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, we have managed to successfully open a uniquely high-quality retail park in Staré Město on time,” said David Hauerland, CEO of FIDUROCK Nemovitosti, s.r.o. The investor bought the land in September 2018 and eventually secured the usage permit in early February 2020.

“The project is located in a very successful commercial zone, which has no competition in the wider area. Due to a high-quality tenant mix and despite the difficult time during the Covid lock down, the retail park has become a key destination for local customers since the opening,” said Petr Vondrášek from Lincoln Property Company.
