Finep and P & Park, controlled by the former Slovak Minister of Interior Ludovít Hudek, have acquired Atrium, a department store selling design furniture at Einsteinova street in Bratislava’s Petržalka district. The department store is located next to Jégého alej, a residential project Finep has been developing. Olga Petkova, the head of Finep in Slovakia, told Trend Reality that the company wants to be a strategic investor for Atrium, as it has potential. Finep acquired Atrium from the Czech and Slovak Property Fund. Mint Property Management will manage the property for the new owner. Atrium offers 4,200 sqm of office and retail.
