One Fashion Outlet in Voderady, Slovakia, has entered the restructuring process. The owner of the project, Matej Kostúr, told Trend Reality that he is looking for a strategic investor for the project. The major creditor, Všeobecná úverová banka, supports the decision. Kostúr believes that restructuring will stabilize the project and increase its potential. The outlet center is facing strong competition from Austria’s Parndorf. All units in Voderady will continue operating.
