LDV Properties has bought the Flamingo Commons retail center in Davie for $5.35 million. The 18,000 square foot center was built in 2007 and is located 4401 South Flamingo Road. The seller, LNR Property, bought the center out of foreclosure in 2013 for $1.9 million. LNR was bought by Starwood Property Trust and Starwood Capital Group Management in 2013. Avison Young brokered the sale for both parties and will stay on to manage and lease the property for the new owner.
