Active Retail Asset Management (ARAM) closed 52 lease contracts in shopping centers it manages in the CEE region. In the Czech Republic, the asset and property manager oversees a portfolio worth €500m, including OC Forum Nová Karolina in Ostrava and OC Futurum Hradec Králové, owned by Meyer Bergman and HOOPP, OC Forum Ústí nad Labem for New Europe Property Investment (NEPI) and Olomouc Retail Park owned by Gemo. In Forum Nová Karolina, ARAM closed 40 renegotiations in 2015, 41 in H1 2016, and signed nine new lease contracts, bringing the occupancy to 95 percent. Spice Box, Baťa, Tiger, JRC, Columbia and La Martina are some of the new names.
