Construction of the Nowy Rynek shopping center in Jelenia Góra has moved above ground. The center is set for completion in October 2015.
TK Development’s scheme will cover 56,000 sqm, 26,000 sqm of which will be retail space in 115 units. The project is already more than 50 percent pre-leased. Tenants include H&M, Carry, Bershka, Stradivarius, Rossmann, Deichmann as well as several LPP fashion brands. Underground and roof parking will be available.
