Four units have been leased at Futurum Hradec Králové, a 40,000 sqm shopping center owned by CPI. La Formaggeria Gran Moravia, The Original Barber, the travel agency ČEDOK and the Czech fashion brand Vabacci all took units. The leases were handled for CPI by CBRE, which provides complete property management services at the mall. One-third of the mall, which was renovated and extended in 2012, is occupied by a Tesco hypermarket and it also offers a Cinestar multiplex theater. CBRE associate director Jan Janáček said the new tenants fit in well with the overall concept of the mall.
